They let us know when they arrived and asked if the truck parked across the street could be moved. I let them know they can try but those neighbors aren't the nicest. They knocked and no one answered. The guy in the bucket was amazing at making sure that nothing was damaged. I was really happy to see proper safety gear all around that honestly exceeds OSHA requirements. They took care to not hit lines or drop pieces on the street without a protector. As they were cleaning up, they were moving a piece of trunk and hit my truck. It smashed my hood, my bumper, headlight, and front corner panel. They guy that did it was in full on panic mode. I reassured him that it's just a truck and it can be fixed, the more important part of the day is that everyone is going home in one piece. He called Andrew and Andrew was super apologetic. I told him what I told the guy and Andrew had me go to a local dealer and he paid for all of the repairs. He wouldn't even take our money until the truck was fixed and we were happy. Even with a small hiccup, I'm giving 5 stars because they really took care of everything. I can't be mad at a mistake that was made right. Andrew is a fantastic guy who is beyond fair and understanding. Highly recommend

I had a decently sized dead tree in my front yard that I called to get removed and the stump grinded. Now that they're finished, you can't tell there was a tree there to begin with or any trace of them working on it. With the clean up job these guys did, my yard probably looks better than before they showed up! Entire experience from start to finish was top notch.
